I am a counselor at the Student Support and Counseling Office.
I believe that many things happen in your daily life.
It may happen in your relationships with others, or it may be something that happens in your head or heart.
Don’t you sometimes find it difficult to deal with things on your own?

By talking to someone about your problems and worries, things will gradually change.
